Does not even deserve one star. Horrible doctors, horrible staff. Rude, ignorant and aggressive. They do not care about their patients they do not care about anything. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this hospital. For nearly two years, I sought medical help for ongoing pain, yet my symptoms were repeatedly dismissed without a thorough diagnosis. I was consistently told that everything was fine and sent home despite continuing to suffer. What was most troubling was the lack of communication and compassion from the medical staff. When I tried to explain my symptoms and ask questions about my condition, I was told that there were other patients to see and that there was not enough time to address my concerns. As a patient seeking answers about my health, I felt ignored, rushed, and unheard. My interactions with the front desk staff were equally upsetting. I experienced what I perceived as aggressive and intimidating behavior when trying to communicate with the office. The tone used toward me was so hostile that I now feel anxious and uncomfortable about returning to this hospital for care. Patients deserve to be treated

Have had a great experience with Dr. Forrow. She is responsive and listens during our appointments. The front-desk reception over the phone is not the best, but overall a solid experience.

(Dr Elaina Aristide) I think that this medicine did not study to save lives but to do, on the contrary, I became patient and confess I am very tired, they do not solve my problem, I practically need to insist and practically say what they need to do, I do not recommend having treatment in the United States, this has become just a money-making machine business, if you have the opportunity to try to solve your problem in another country.

I have been calling this location for years, and the phone staff consistently provide poor customer service. I was only calling this number to make an appointment, yet the staff are often rude and unhelpful. My family and relatives have experienced the same issues. In particular, Miss Sarah has repeatedly hung up on callers and then denies doing so. When you attempt to file a formal complaint, staff either refuse to address it or fail to follow up. This demonstrates a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism, and it feels like there is an ongoing pattern of passive-aggressive behavior toward customers, which is extremely disappointing
